If you received the wrong items or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it.
If the mail carrier lost or mangled your package, let us know as soon as possible and make sure to include any communication you have from the carrier. It’s highly encouraged to contact carriers yourself with the tracking number first in addition to reaching out to us. There isn’t much we can do from our end.
