Do you ship internationally?
We're happy to announce that we now offer international shipping! We understand it can be quite expensive for overseas customers due to customs and other red tape. As the shop continues to grow, we promise to keep improving this process to make it as painless as possible.
Are you affiliated with any country, group, or organization?
Trauma Works is an American brand that supports the U.S., but we’re not affiliated with any nation, political group, or military. Our designs sometimes use global imagery like Cyrillic or camos for creative purposes only.
We hold no affiliations with any group, society, order, government, or media outlet. Our views are our own, and the views of others who may display, collect, or promote our products do not necessarily reflect those of Trauma Works.
What people choose to do with our work is on them. Our brand is about creativity, not taking sides.
What is your refund policy?
If you have any issues with your order, email info@trauma.works and please include your order number. Our full refund policy can be found at the bottom of the page, or following this link here.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We aim to have all orders packed and shipped within two days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day.
In our experience, U.S. packages usually arrive within a week. International orders often take longer due to customs and carrier delays, sometimes up to 3–4 weeks. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international), please contact us so we can look into it.
Apparel like t-shirts and hats will ship separately from patches and stickers.
