Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. I'm currently exploring the best options for shipping overseas, primarily focusing on pricing and logistics. I understand that it's quite expensive for overseas customers due to customs and other red tape. I would also need to get some new equipment to facilitate international labels. As the shop grows, I promise I'll be adding INTL as an option. Stay tuned for updates on this!

Are the patches high quality?

Our patches are made from strong threaded embroidery and quality velcro. They are built to withstand wear and tear, ensuring long-lasting quality. That being said, due to the nature of patches, threading may be ever so slightly different from patch to patch. This also applies to the vinyl that stickers are printed on.

How can I apply the patches to my clothing or gear?

Applying patches is easy! Put them anywhere with a velcro loop field, or sew one onto the spot you want to put the patch.

What is your refund policy?

If you have any issues with your order, email info@trauma.works and please include your order number. Our full refund policy can be found at the bottom of the page! 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We try to have packages packed and shipped within two days of purchase. If the item is purchased on the weekend, it will be handled the next business day. In our experience, packages usually arrive within a week of shipping. If it takes longer than 10 days, please contact us so we can look into it.
